Calibration is only as good as the laboratory behind it. MHA AUTOMATION's calibration of engine safety devices, analysers and field instruments is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 — the international standard for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. That means the readings on your safety devices and instruments are backed by internationally recognised measurement competence, ready for class surveys, client audits and regulatory inspection.
We calibrate for the assets we know best: FPSO, FSO, FSU, LNGC, Oil Tanker and OSV vessels, as well as refineries, terminals, power plants and industrial facilities across Malaysia and Singapore.
On board, at your plant, or in our workshop
Vessel schedules don't wait for laboratories. Our engineers carry out on-site calibration on board vessels alongside, in shipyards or at your facility — and our workshop in Masai, Johor handles instruments you send in. We are minutes from MMHE shipyard and Johor Port, and roughly 30 minutes from PETRONAS Pengerang and Tanjung Pelepas Port, which keeps mobilisation short when your window is a docking or a port call.

Our accredited scope covers the safety-critical and process instruments found across marine and oil & gas assets — engine safety devices and transmitters, load cells, flow meters, pressure gauges, dewpoint and moisture analysers, and electro-pneumatic converters. Calibration pairs naturally with our wider electrical & instrumentation services: if a device fails calibration, the same team can repair or replace it and re-verify, in one visit.
